Site Location

Arbor Vitae Arboriculture works mainly in Edinburgh and the surrounding area as well as further afield in Scotland and the UK.

If the location details are difficult to provide please explain in the field above and upload a map or drawing to help us find the location of your tree(s).

Site Access

Please make us aware of any restrictions or hazards that may prevent or impair access to fully view and assess the entire tree(s), including the lower stem.

Access to the tree(s) must be cleared prior to the tree assessment date, to ensure we can fully assess each tree.

We will do our best to overcome minor hazards. However, if access to the tree(s) is unsafe then we cannot continue the assessment.

Are there any restrictions to fully accessing all trees to be assessed?

Tree access restrictions may include dense vegetation, ivy, debris, built features and/or natural features.

Are there any restrictions to accessing the site?

Site access restrictions may include manned guarding or locked gates, an ongoing development site or an induction is required prior to entry.

We will do our best to overcome minor hazards. However, if access to the tree(s) is unsafe then we cannot continue the assessment.

Are there any known hazards on the site?

For our risk and safety assessment, please list any known hazards on site, which may include difficult terrain, steep banks, ponds, rivers, excavations, debris etc.

Final Notes

Upon form submission, you will be sent a copy of your Service Request by email.
